This Privacy Policy explains what information TradingEver collects, how it is used, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account data. Name, email address, and password hash provided during signup.
MT5 credentials. Your MetaTrader 5 login, password, and server, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Used solely to replicate trades on your behalf.
Trading data.Replicated trades, P&L, equity, and account status. Used to power your dashboard and analytics.
Usage data. IP address, device, browser, and anonymous interaction logs for security and product improvement.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To replicate trades from master traders to your MT5 account;
- To display performance, balances, and trade history;
- To send transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset);
- To detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
3. Third Parties
We share data only with parties strictly necessary to operate the Service:
- Partner brokers — to open and connect your MT5 account;
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
- Our VPS provider — runs the trade-replication bridge.
We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers.
4. Your Rights
You may, at any time:
- Access and export your data;
- Correct inaccurate information from your settings page;
- Delete your account, which removes your profile and stored MT5 credentials.
5. Data Retention
Account and trading data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period after closure to satisfy legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
Updates to this policy will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
