Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TradingEver (the "Service"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What TradingEver is

TradingEver is a copy-trading platform. We connect a user's MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account to a verified master trader so that the master's trades replicate to the user's account automatically.

TradingEver is not a broker, does not hold user funds, and does not make trading decisions on a user's behalf. The platform is the bridge between users and master traders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws.

3. IB Referral Disclosure

TradingEver is an Introducing Broker (IB) for one or more partner brokers. When you open an MT5 account through our flow, that account is registered under our IB code, and we receive a commission from the partner broker based on your trading volume.

You are never billed by TradingEver. The Service is free for users.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any master trader is not a guarantee of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. See our Risk Disclosure for details.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your TradingEver login and your MT5 credentials. We encrypt MT5 credentials at rest and in transit, but you must not share account access with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform or its infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate a master trader.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingEver is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
